What's Your Philosophy?

Here's a review/haul of three of Philosophy's perfumes. I got these a while ago and so I postponed posting about them until I had some time to think about what I wanted to write. I wanted to give each perfume time. I  mean I wasn't sure if my opinion would change over time.

Isn't the title so cute? Falling in Love. Well, I've fallen in love. Pun intended. But its true. I have two backup bottles of this stuff. I know I have a problem. Its called a shopping addiction. :) Anyway, this scent is clean and the website says its for hopeless romantics.

This scent is hard to describe. Hmmm...It's not bad but I'm not in love with it. Its okay. I'll probably use the bottle up but I'm not going to have that smile on my face when I put it on. Its subtle and really hard to smell. But according to the website that's what they were going for. Subtle. In my opinion it's a little too subtle. If I spend this much money on a perfume then I want everyone to be able to smell. Duh! :)

I got this scent but I don't really like it. It smells like my mom. I know that's why you should ask your mother what lotion she uses before you buy something online. Yeah... It smells just like her. It doesn't really smell bad but I don't want to smell like her. Love her to death but I don't. Does that make me a bad person? Needless to say I gave this to her as an early Easter present. :) I know she'll enjoy it.

I bought these perfumes on the Philosophy website. Note to self: don't buy perfumes online. Even if you sister guarentees that they smell amazing and you won't regret buying them. Sigh.

Although I already knew what Falling in Love smelt like. My current bottle was almost gone and so I was just buying a back up for my back up. Like I said I have a problem. But doesn't everyone have that scent (or scents) that you know you will never fall out of love with? I must admit that I'm part of the latter party. :) Perfumes are my addiction.

What's your favorite scent? Plus! Giveaway ends in a couple days! Please Comment and then Follow! :D

I Gotta Feeling. :)

Drumroll Please!! Drrrrrrrmmmm. Today is the start of my giveaway! So exciting right? I'm just sitting here on the bar stools by the island in my kitchen. This is my first giveaway and I'm just...so pumped. :) Yeah!

Well, here is the prize. I think its super cute and its eco-friendly. Bonus, right? CSN is sposoring this giveaway and I'd like to thank them for their generosity. Thank you. :)

All Modern.com (where you can find the bag from this giveaway) is part of CSN. CSN is an online retailer based in Boston which now employs over over 400 employers and has over 200 websites! That's huge considering they started in 2002 with only one webstite and two employees. :) Wow!

They sell furniture, bags, cookware, and just about anything. :) You name it, they probably have it. Okay, here is the prize.

This it the Thomas Paul Tree Tote in Black. I did some research and found out that this bag is 100% cotton fabric making it not only super adorable but super friendly for the earth. Lately I've been trying to be green.  So cute. This bag would be perfect to tote around just about anything. I mean, what girl doesn't need, or want, another tote to fill with stuff? Plus, if you win its free! :) You guys already know I love free stuff.

Okay, enough chit-chat. I'll get to the rules. :)

You have to go to All Modern.com or any other CSN store and find something that catches your eye. Then come back to this post and mention it in a comment. Please also leave your e-mail address so I can contact you if you win! :)

1. You have to be a follower. I want to reward the people who have been loyally following me. They're the reason I blog. :)

2. Next, if you want an extra entrance, blog about my giveaway on your blog. :) Easy enough, right?

3. You don't have to be eighteen or older to enter but if you're not eighteen please get parent permission first.

4. I will have giveaways in the future. Don't be too bummed if you don't win this time. There's always next time. :)

Okay, that's all the rules I could think of. Giveaway ends on April 9th! Please Comment. Good luck to everyone! :) Bye.

Standout

Is it Blake or the people at Gossip Girl? I don't know many women who could pull off Joie Pleated Silk Tank in Orange, Matthew Williamson Antique Beaded Vest, Chanel Flower Chain Necklace, and Bottega Veneta Ostrich Bag.

In this picture she just seems to standout in the crowd. Maybe its because her legs are so long. Idk. :)

I was just browsing through pictures to get inspiration and I saw this picture. I really didn't have much to talk about so....I just posted it and figured I could go off on some random tangent as the second part of my post.

How do you guys get inspiration?

At this moment, as I'm writing this I'm catching up on my episodes of Greek. Its a cute show. I mean its not The Vampire Diaries or Glee but I can't have it all. I didn't get into this show until about two weeks ago and it seems like I've been watching it non-stop.

Rusty is cute with his adorable dorky smile and hair. Casey has the dilemma that most girl could only wish they had. But the Cappie-Evan problem is so hard. One moment I think Evan is a pig and the next Cappie is a jerk. I'm so confused! Hahahahaha. :)

Why are dorks so cute on TV but not in real life? Don't forget to check out my giveaway! Please Comment and Follow! :D

L: F21 Gloria Necklace ($7.80)     R: F21 Pearl Center Flower Ring ($3.80)

Just sitting and chilling since its Spring Break! Enjoying a Tori and Dean marathon. :) This show is just sooo funny. Tori's hilarious. I read her book Mommywood on my flight this summer and it made me smile. I even wrote a blog post about the book! It was that good. I have her book sTori Telling on my bedside but I just haven't gotten around to reading it.

This show is so funny. I mean Tori, after all, is a self professed Queen of the Gays. Who doesn't love a show with Guncles (Gay Uncles) and Gay Husbands. :) Season five is going to premiere on Oxygen soon. I'm not quite sure when but its soon. If you know please comment below. :)

Peace out! Going to continue watching my marathon. :) Comment and Follow!

Part Dos

Yum....I can smell the spaghettie sauce from my room. :) My mom's cooking right now and it smells soooo good. I can't wait!

Just a quick blog post before I go eat. I didn't run yesterday when our tennis match was cancelled. I was a little lazy/ I had to study for my math test. I wish I could go back to the time when math actually meant numbers. :/ Oh, well. My math teacher is super cool. He lets us turn in late assignments for full credit and only expects us to do like four to ten problems a night. And not super long problems either!

How cool is that? I really like my math teacher this year. :)

Here's Vanessa Hudgens with her Balenciaga Part Time Bag. I like these posts because they show how versitile one piece of clothing is. :) Enjoy!

My friend Maddy intorduced me this song. Just like I introduced her to Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Friendship is all about give and take, right? Have a great night/day. Peace out! :)

Waiting on Some Beautiful Boy To...

Another lust list coming at you. :) Spring break is coming up. If I could describe my thoughts about the subject in one word I would say, "Yes!!!"

Can you tell I'm excited? Hmmm...:)

When I started writing my blog post on my Elizabeth and James lust list I knew there were too many lusty objects than I could fit in one blog post without boring 80% of you to death--or worse. So I split it into two parts. Wow, how ingenius of me. These are the EJ casual shoes that I simply drooled over. :)

First. I have to discuss these shoes. Are they not amazing? They are a mix between a ballet flat and sandal. I love 'em! Love! Love! :D I don't think there are enough words to describe how much I want these shoes. They're so different and I don't think I'll be able to find an affordable dupe for these ones. If anyone does know where to get shoes like these--without having to  pay a fortune--please comment!

The color is amazing. The braid detail is gorgeous. And the combonation of the two equals a masterpiece. Okay, maybe I went a little overboard but I'm a girl obsessed with flats and sandals of any kind. I'm kind of a little ungraceful so I'm always that I'll do something in embarassing in heels--like fall. :) So, so cute! These shoes would be the perfect addition to my closet. If only...

Do I even need to explain my thought process? Oh, okay. I will. :) Two words: Stunning Detailing. Okay, I'm done.

The pointed flat is crazy adorable. Doesn't it make you appear thinner? Even if it doesn't, who cares? Its so darn adorable! Hahahaha. And laser cutouts combined with the unique color that would look amazing with a pair of denim cutoffs and a plain white tee equates to a stunning outfit! Sigh. :)

I have recently rediscovered the song, "When You Were Young" by The Killers. Blame my friend May! But its been playing on my itunes as I've written this post. Lalalalaa. If only you could hear me sing. Most of you would die of laughter. :)

But he talks like a gentleman. Like you imagined. When you were young! Can we climb this moutain? I don't know.

That was just me. Just singing. :) Enjoy the rest of your day! Comment! Follow!

Short and Sweet

The time is almsot here. Yes! Of course I mean summer/spring. And what better way to celebrate than by breaking out your demin cutoffs? Okay, its still pretty chilly where I live and so I know I'll have to suffer through a few more weeks of wet and cold  before I can wear anything even resembling spring wear.

But the celebs have started sporting their warmer clothes and so it is only a matter of time before I can too! I'm trying to stay positive here. :) I have to stay positive. I am sick of cold weather! Still staying positive. :) Hahahaha.

Here are some celebs rocking the most baisc summer necessity. The always cute, denim shorts. :)

Nicole Richie Out in Santa Monica. Wearing Havaianas Top Flip Flops, Ray Ban 3214
Semi-Rimless Avaitor Sunglasses, Light Wash Denim Cutoffs, Simple Grey Shirt, and
Creme Jacket with Ethnic Detailing.

Ashley Tisdale Leaving Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Wearing Ray Ban Wayfarers,
Ambercrombie & Fitch Metal Embellished Leather Treads, Siwy Camilla Shorts,
and Jet by John EshayaSurf Buddha Pullover Sweatshirt.

Miley Cyrus Out in Malibu. Wearing Miley Cyrus & Max Azria Destressed
Denim Shorts, All Saints Damisi Boots, and Grey Sweatshirt with Faded
 Skull Design

Hey. Don't you wish that your school had a man choir? :) Doesn't that sound amazing? A bunch of guys getting together to sing. I love it when a guy can sing. Don't most girls love to be serenaded?

Here's a high school club from Washington State and they're singing, I Gotta Feeling by the Black Eyed Peas. I think the guy who beat-boxes is so cool! Click here to check it out. :)

I know that they're probably not professionals but I love their dance moves! Anyway, I thought it was cool so I shared it with you guys. :)

What is the one thing you absolutely love about summer/spring? Please Comment!! :D

Still In Love...

I have this sick obsession with Burberry Prorsum. Sick because I know that unless I become a millionaire or marry into extreme wealth, there is no way I will ever get to wear these gorgeous clothes. Why do I taught myself with something that I can possibly never have? Maybe because they're just so stunning!

Maybe Burberry Prorsum should team up with Target and make an affordable line! Not that that is likely to happen but here's to hoping. I'll just keep my fingers crossed. :)

Want a chance to win a free tote? Click here! :D

Kate Hudson at Burberry Prorsum Fashion Show in London. Wearing Burberry Prorsum

Emma Watson at Burberry Prorsum Show in London. Wearing Burberry Prorsum Metallic

On Demand Write tomorrow. Ugh. So much writing in such a little time. Have I mentioned that I hate English? Maybe its the teacher. Maybe its the subject. I don't know. All I know is that forty-five minutes in that class seems like forever!

Too bad English is the one subject required all four years in order to graduate. :/

Anways, I have not gone shopping for clothes in the longest time. The last time I bought something was, I think, Black Friday. That was months ago. Wow! I just realized how long its been. This weekend I plan to go on a shopping trip. A much needed shopping trip. Wish me luck! :D

Do/did you like English in high school? What was your favorite class? Please answer in the comments below! Love hearing yours guys' resopnses. :)

Break Up the Dark

See:Remember Me
Okay. I know I told you guys in an earlier post that I was going to see this movie and going into the thing I was sure that I would absolutely hate it. But it caught me by suprise I actually enjoyed the story and complex characters that were thrown into the story. The begining was a little slow (just give it time) but the end was amazing. I didn't see it coming and it was just a really powerful movie. I was pleasantly surprised. :)

Read:The Van Alen Legacy
Over the winter break I literally devoured the Blue Bloods book series. But I'm still not quite sure how I missed the fact that there was a fourth book in the series. Some times I'm so oblivious to the things around me. This book is a mix of Gossip Girl and Twilight with a lot of action adventure thrown in there. I know that's a lot of stuff to shove into one book but somehow Melissa de la Cruz manages to do it effortlessly. I really recommed this book even if you don't like vampire books. It's an amazing read.

Watch:90210
I'm a huge fan of Gossip Girl. Which probably comes as no surprise to the people who've read my blog in the past. :) But I also really like to watch 90210. Its a fun show with witty dailouge and can you really get enough of popular rich kids and their drama? I don't think so. :) You watch this show on The CW on Tuesday at 8/7c. Enjoy! :)

Wear:AE Sequin Embellished Tank
I must confess. I love the look of this shirt and lately I become very fond of sequins. :) I don't know what it is (maybe its the twelve-year-old in me) but right now I'm absolutely in love with most things that sparkles. Sequin is adorable and it will trasnition effortlessly into spring. Its time to exercise your right to bare arms and show off your shoulders. I know I can't wait for summer to just get here already. Imagine how cute this shirt would look with basic denim cut offs. :) Sigh.

Tomorrow is Monday. Ugh. Ugh. :/ Don't forget to check out my giveaway and enter! :D What are you seeing, watching, reading, or wearing this week? :) Please Comment and Follow!

P.S. The Bird Bites

Good Evening. Happy Saturday! How's your weekend going so far?

Right now I'm watching the Harry Potter marathon on ABC Family. I know, its a Saturday night and all I have planned is blogging and watching tv. I lead an action packed life of excitment. Note my sarcasm. Oh, does anyone know which Harry Potter movie this quote is from? "P. S. The Bird Bites"

If you want to know the answer just click here.

I have recently started playing around with polyvore. I know, I know I am so behind the power curb. :) Oh, well. I tried to play around with it before but they always turned out really, really ugly. :) Oh, well. I'm not an artist by any stretch of the imagination.

I tried again today and I managed to create something that was not incredible ugly. Hahaha. :) Here's a link to the polyvore website with a list of all the products I used in my set below. Its nothing fancy but I'm still learning, give me time.
__

Going to go see Remember Me tomorrow! Yay! :) I'm not a big Robert Pattinson fan. I mean he looks okay once he's washed/brushed his hair, not that that happens very often. Hahaha. New Moon is out on dvd and I'm really excited.

Compared to Twilight it was a much better movie. Maybe its because Robert Pattinson wasn't in it...are you seeing what I'm seeing? Okay, I'm just kidding, sort of. :) I'm going because my friend is a huge Robert Pattinson fan and the movie looks kind of interesting. Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Went to Wal-mart and sister picked up the new Teen Vogue with Miley Cyrus on the cover. On March 31st, I am so going to see The Last Song. It looks soooo good. And the guy who plays opposite Miley Cyrus isn't bad to look at. :)

Okay, I'm wrapping this blog up because I have nothing else to talk about it. Bye. Have a great weekend.
