Have a regular exercise and enough sleep. Taking a regular exercise allows blood circulation in the whole body because hair follicle gets nutrients in the blood. Exercise also relieves stress. Be sure to have enough sleep. Lack of sleep may lead to hair loss.
Protect your hair from the sun. Heat and UV rays from the sun can make it brittle and dull. Take precautions to protect your hair from the sun just like protecting your skin. Wear a hat if you seem to expose to an extreme sun rays. Remember not to apply oil into your hair if you have the plans to expose to direct sunlight. It would put your hair to a great risk of burning and damaging.
