Lately Miley Cyrus has been seen around wearing these adrobale Frye Engineer Boots. They seem to add a hard edge to any outfit and Miley makes them work whether she's wearing jeans and leather jacket or a simple black dress with funky tights.

Did I mention that I really like her tights? And her faux fur Michael Kors vest? Simply stunning!

Anyway, I was so obsessed with these boots I went online and I tried to find them. And I did! Oh, I was so excited. They're $188 dollars and that's a lot of money. The only way I can get them would be if I saved up my birthday money. Which is about five months away.

I was so bummed! But oh, well. If I don't love them in five months, they probably weren't worth the money anyway. Here's a link to the Frye website and the Frye Engineer Boots in Black.

Apparently this brand was featured in O magazine. So they must be a reputable brand. I mean Oprah doesn't put just anyone in her magazine. :)

Vamp It Up

It's finally here! The Vampire Diaries is starting to show new episodes! Yay! Wow, I'm using a lot of exclamation points here...I think I'll stop. Anywho, last Thursday was the premeire of the newest episode.

I didn't get to watch it because I was studying for my APUSH test on Friday. Yuck!

But I'm going to watch it online at CW.com as soon as I get the chance. Oh, I'm so excited. Well, in the latest issue of Nylon the stars of Vampire Diaries are on the cover. Here's a look at some of the photos from their shoot. Enjoy! :)

At first I didn't think either guy was that cute but now...I think they're starting to grow on me. :) I just started reading the book and its completely different than the show. In the book she's a blonde. Weird....I know. :)

Oh, Chanel Bag

A Chanel Bag is a girl's best friend. And a certain Chanel Jumbo Classic Flap Bag is definately Lauren Conrad's best friend. :)

Anna Sui In Real Life

Anna Sui is a breath of fresh air in the designer world. I love her unique use of patterns and colors. She makes clothes than women love to wear. :)

You guys can only imagined that I was ecstatic when I heard about her affordable line for Target. :) Her line was inspired by the show Gossip Girl. Although I don't believe it is available at Targets anymore. Please correct me if I'm wrong. :)

Anyway, this woman makes amazing clothes for strong beautiful women. I'm not the only one who is a fan of her clothes. Miley Cyrus and Nicole Richie are often seen about town wearing some of Ms. Sui's designs.

I Smell Pretty

Hey, guys! :) I'm just got a few things from lush and I'm sooo excited. :)

I'm sitting in my bathroom right now, because quite frankly my bathroom smells like a lush store. But I like it that way. :)

I only got a few things. It wasn't a big spending trip or anything, I mean Christmas just happened. And not only do I have no money but I got enough stuff for Christmas.

The first soap I got was called Bohemian. *sigh* :) It's one of my favorites. According to Lush's website this soap is supposed to clear and refresh your mind. It has a lemony smell but the smells not overpowering at all.

Well, of course I got Honey I Washed the Kids. :) This soap smells soooo good, very much like honey. Although the last time I ordered Honey online it smelled....playdough-y? It was really weird and that's maybe why I don't like to order online. But maybe it was a one0time thing. If you've ever order online from LUSH, were the products weird smelling. Hmmm...I don't know. :)

From now on, I will have to buy this soap whenever I go to LUSH. :) It smells like a nice bouquet of roses. It's called Ring of Roses and I find myself just sitting there and smelling it. I feel so weird. :) But, oh well.


I want to expand my "LUSH Soap Collection" and so if you have a favorite LUSH product, please tell me what it is. Whenever I go into a LUSH store I get so overwhelmed by all the different products, I have a hard time finding new products. :) Please Comment and Follow! :D

Just Jessica

I love Gossip Girl and Teen Vogue. :) So it was the best of both worlds when I saw Jessica Szohr (Question. How do you pronounce her last name?) who plays Vanessa on the cover of TV's newest issue.

Come What May

It is only Monday and I'm already looking forward to the weekend. *sigh* Why is Friday so far away from Monday but Friday's sooo close to Monday. :/ Semester is coming to an end pretty soon and so in the next couple weeks I'm going to be working on how to bump my grades. :)

Anyway, this week I'm looking forward to:

• Glee Marathons

Oh, this show is awkwardly funny and they have REALLY good singing voices. I especially love the scene where all the football players are performing "Single Ladies" on the football field during a game. Hahaha. :D

• Three Day Weekend
  

I don't think I need to elaborate. :) I will spend the time either doing homework or chillaxing. :) Or maybe I'll go see Avatar. Was it a good movie? Please tell me. :)

• Tennis

I'm so excited to playing this week. I need to practice otherwise when tennis season comes along I won't make the team! :) Soooo excited.

Hola Betty!

I'm soooo excited. I'm about to watch the latest episode of Ugly Betty. Hahahaha. That show is so random it just makes me laugh. :)

I didn't get to watch it on the night that it was on TV because I had waaaaaay too much homework. I think teachers should give their students a week to readjust to school after a long break before piling on the homework. :/

Anyway, this week was intense. We had a lock-down at my school because they thought an angry had "access" to a gun. Not that he actually had one but rather he might get one.

Basically I spent two house in my science class....and one kid had to go to the bathroom but we obviously couldn't leave the classroom. So of course what does my resourceful teacher do? He sends the boy (well, obviously it was a boy. no girl would ever do this) into the closet with a trashcan to do his business.

Let's just say it made the entire room feel very, VERY awkward. :/ But in the end no one was hurt and no one could find this supposed boy....It was a lot of worry over nothing.

Anyway, I'm so excited for the weekend. *sigh* I'm sleeping in. ;) yay!

Another reason to be excited! I'm almost at 200 followers. :) That's so exciting! I have 199, to be specific. Thank you guys!

Are Those...?

In one of my last posts, I wrote about my love for the movie, The Devil Wears Prada. Continuing on that stream of thought, I was thinking about the scene when Andie walks in for the first time in her new wardrobe.

I love that scene. :) It always makes me smile when I see Emily stutter and in a small voice ask, "Are those...?"

Well, of course those are the Chanel Boots. :D

I'm sorry if you guys are sitting there wondering, "Why is she even writing about this?"

Well, I felt like I should post something...and this was the only moment when I had time to write something. And at this moment I am at a complete blank....

Sorry, again for the kind of lame post but this is one of my favorite parts of this movie. It always makes me feel like there is something right in the world. :D

I'm about to go see Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel with my little sister and then we're going to eat Mexican! Yay! I love Mexican food. :) yum.

So I've decided what my New Year's Resolution is going to be. I'm going be healthier and I'm going to try to read more. It seems like in the past year I've read like...nothing. So I'm going to do that.

Hmmmm.....I don't know if its just my friends but like three of them say that their New Year's Resolution is to be nicer. My first reaction was....what? Are you guys mean? :)
