Say Goodbye.

The Hills is coming to an end. Next Tuesday, I believe, is the last epsiode. Ever since Lauren left I have not watched like I used to. I mean I'll sneak a peak if there's nothing on TV and to be perfectly honest day time television doesn't have the best programming if you're not into HSN, judge shows, or Jerry Springer. :)

The weather is still in the 90's where I live. Ugh. I hate being this warm. Its a challenge just trying to stay hydrated. :) What's the weather like where you live? I skipped tennis today because I almost died yesterday. The head guy is trying to run us into the ground and he's like, "What're you going to do when you're tired in your third set? Are you just going to go home?"

I think the heat makes him cranky. He's normally a lot nicer. Just saying. :) Hot weather just makes me lethargic. I want to sit around and doing nothing. Kind of like what my cats are doing right now. They're all just flopped on the ground. So cute!

Well, due partly to my lethargic-ness [i don't think that's a word] and partly due to the fact that I'm going to start on my summer assignments for school [booo!] I've decided to do an "I love my..." post. They're my favorite.

So enjoy Lauren Conrad and her Miu Miu Double Cross Platform Sandals. I already did a post about these shoes but she had soo many cute outfits that I decided to two.

Today is going to be a work day. I can feel it. :( But I'm to reverse my procrastination ways. I was literally doing all my summer assignments at the last minute last year. I think I turned in my History thing two days late because I read the date wrong. Ooops!

That's not going to happen this year. Happy summer! :) Bye.

Movie in the Making

How well do you know Lauren Conrad? For about a year I was an avid fan of The Hills. It was my favorite reality TV show. Well, until I discovered the amazing-ness of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Oh, those girls are so funny. :)

Anyway, Lauren Conrad is the covergirl for Seventeen Magazine's March issue. She has amazing style and if you've been reading my blog for any length of time you'll know that I simply adore the clothes in her closet. :)

(I need to stop putting smiley faces at the end of every sentence!) :)

Okay, so today I'm a little bored. But I don't have the energy to do anything but sit on my bed and surf the net. I'm exhausted. Note to everyone: running when you're are sick is not a good idea. Thanks a lot Ms. J. She was my tenth grade aerobics teacher and she told me that when you sick and you exercise a ton it sweats the sick out of you.

Well, lets jsut say it doesn't. I thought her statement was weird but I figured I'd give it a shot and I'd also promised my friend May I'd go running with her. Let's just say we didn't get very far before I had to stop or else I'd have knelt down and died.

Here's a clip of Lauren Conrad playing Two Truths and a Lie. It was so cute that I had to give you guys a link to it. I really enjoyed watching it.

Anway in the link she said that her book, L.A. Candy, was being turned into a movie! How exciting is that? I haven't read the book but I'm still excited. She also talked about her new book  Sweet Little Lies. I'm going to borders this weekend to pick it up.

At the same time I'm going to pick up another book,  Brave New World, because of course two days after I place an order for school books, my english teacher assigns a book project.

Yuck! :(   <---Can you tell I'm not happy?

Check out the link and have a great day! Four day weekend is coming up!! yay! :) Isn't it sad that its still the weekend and I'm already waiting for the next weekend to come around? Sad, I know. :)

Abandon Ship

Do we all remember the days? When there was no Spencer, seemingly no drama, and all the girls were awkward and civil? *sigh* Well, I do. I remember The Hills before it became "The Hills". Earlier this week as I was skimming through my beloved tabloids I spotted a picture of Heidi before her plastic surgery.

She wasn't a drop dead gorgeous beauty (but then 99% of the females on this earth aren't). She was pretty and although she was a little unreliable, she seemed like a girl with a good head on her shoulders.

What happened to that girl? I liked that girl. I miss that girl. If I haven't made my position already totally obvious, I am on Team Lauren. I don't like to have anything to do with men with flesh color beards. (Sorry Spencer but even he has to admit that he is a little bit of a douche bag)

Although the show is no longer at the height of its fame. The Pratt vs. Conrad storyline is getting a little old. But this show is still very popular. But then its star left. Lauren is being replaced by Kristin but this is old news.

My question is why all of these reality stars are ditching their roots and trying to make it on their own. Audrina Patridge has decided to leave the show. This apparently will be her last season. But again the question is why? Why now?

Since I doubt that I'll get my answer soon, I'm going to try to make this blog have a little bit to do with fashion and I'd like to mention Lauren's hair. I love her style but let's be honest she put the braidy-hair thing (not sure what its called) on the map. Juicystar07 has a video explaining how to achieve this look. Just click here.

She's chic and that's why I'm excited to see what she's planning for the future. :) I just bought her book on Amazon and I'll do a review for it in the future. :)

What do you think of the Hills? Are you over it? Please Comment & Follow! :D
